Builders with Design Centers
We have seen a lot of our builders get great results out of having design centers for their home owners to choose their upgrades. This is a one stop shop for flooring, lighting, cabinets, countertops, and of course window treatments.

Option #1

This Program allows us to install displays of Wood Plantation Shutters, Faux Wood Blinds and Wood Blinds in an area of you showroom that best fits your needs. This allows the customer to see the quality of products offered and also reminds them that they will need to do something about all the open windows in their new home.

We take your top 10-20 plans and do take offs. This consists of us listing each room of the house with windows on one easy to read work sheet. We then extract the sizes of the windows in each room and price them for our three different products. You determine the retail amount. (See attached example)

The customer then talks with the designer helping her with her choices and upgrades. The designer then goes to the house plan work sheet of the buyer. The buyer can now go room by room choosing what type of treatment they want and where they will go. The designer then simply circles the product requested. Once that has been decided the design center faxes order with a Po. # and we do the rest.

We then take the order and enter it into our custom built Builder software program. This tracks everything from grading stage to trim stage to closing date. We will gather all the needed information and make sure all products are installed no later then the customers closing date.

The customer then moves in and has all products and services worry free.

Option #2
This program is for design centers that don’t have the time to go through a window worksheet with the customer.

We install displays of Wood Plantation Shutters, Faux Wood Blinds and Wood Blinds in an area of your showroom that best fits your needs. This allows the customer to see the quality of products offered and also reminds them that they will need to do something about all the open windows in their new home.

The design center lets the new homeowner know that they are available to purchase through the center. The design center takes customer name, phone number and address of their new home and sends that to us. We then contact the customer, schedule the appointment and decide what the customer would like and where they will go. We price the customer the retail amount and get their signature on the worksheet. You determine what retail pricing will be .We then send back the customer worksheet back to your office with the costs and retail pricing. You then create a Po # and we do the rest.

We then take the order and enter it into our custom built Builder software program. This tracks everything from grading stage to trim stage to closing date. We will gather all the needed information and make sure all products are installed no later then the customers closing date.

The customer then moves in and has all products and services worry free.

Builders without Design Centers
Some builders don't have the time or people to run a staff or a design center.

Option #3
This would be for builders with no design centers or time to go over options.

This program allows the Builder to let the new home owner know that they have a reputable vendor that can supply them with Wood Plantation Shutters, Faux Wood Blinds and Wood Blinds.

The Builder can offer this to the customer in the mortgage if they like or not. That is up to the Builder.

The builder determines the amount of commission they would like to receive on their jobs. They then give the new home owner our telephone number or e-mail address and let the customer know to tell us that they are their Builder. We will set an appointment up with the customer to meet out at their home and go over all products and services. We then price the home owner and close the sale. We receive payment from the customer and begin the job.

We then take the order and enter it into our custom built Builder software program. This tracks everything from grading stage to trim stage to closing date. We will gather all the needed information and make sure all products are installed no later then the customers closing date.

The customer then moves in and has all products and services worry free.

After the job is complete the commissions are paid to the Builder.
